Sergio, Ah......LH, forgot that one (just one of many) <GGGG> PETM is doing exactly what you state..profits to reduce debt. They just retired some of their convertibles last Q as well as bought stock to reduce the number of shares in the float. I've traded PETM many times in the past, going all the way back to when Sandra first mentioned it to us. I will not, at this point sell any of my present shares for less than 6. Up early in the morning to catch "the flight" Ken
