No Zeev, that is not the way it works, since RMBS informed them rather recently and now MU is taking it to litigation so there will be no willful infringement.

Let me ask you when did Rambo assert that MU needed a license? You know for a fact that MU hasn't received a favorable opinion before embarking on their course of action? This stuff happens all the time and in even longer time frames on the order of 20 years and I've never seen a willful infringement claim prevail even though the patent was eventually held valid and infringed.
