They should change there ticker to CRAP IMHO... just got through signing papers to transfer shares out of My Track into another online trading account I have opened. With My Track you have to worry about checks bouncing even though you have plenty of cash in the account, you have to worry about waking up in morning seeing if your account is missing or not. wake up to see you have cash to trade with but software tells you . you have no buying power. now this switch to penson is even more trouble . Just getting too fusturated now ...

Dear Mr. Rumball, I find your sarcasm unwarranted and very much unappreciated...Trac has always been there for me, I do have a little routine that I will share with you, but please spare us the whining and complaining - WE LOVE MYTRACK!!!! If you would like help from TRAC simply: 1) Call every 30 minutes and demand to speak w/ someone who understands English - by the eod you will come across a very pleasant and elderly gentleman who is a janitor in the building, and his English is fantastic 2) Send Telltrack messages every hour on the hour for 17 straight weeks, coupled with 4 e-mail messages per day, directed to Barry Hertz. 3) Threaten a law suit, accompanied with a letter from a very expensive attorney. Send that letter 3 times a week for 4 months. 4) Finally, if you repeat this pattern for at least 2 years, you will get a response from TRAC. Of course, it will not be in your favor, so then you go to plan B... send Benny the Neck to pay them a little "visit"
