I'm pretty sure the reference is to replacing FreeBSD on Hotmail, no? --- With regard to the Starfire TCP benchmark: As a SUNW long I'm pretty committed to poo-pooing TCP benchmarks of late. Supreme Court to rule Oct. 2 on hearing Microsoft appeal
Washington--Aug. 29--The Supreme Court will issue a decision Oct. 2 on
whether it will hear the appeal in the Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) anti-trust case,
a source at the court said. The Supreme Court justices will convene a week
earlier on Sept. 25 to study arguments from both the company and the Justice
Department, the source added. The court's formal autumn session begins on Oct.
