Re: this was a pretty good piece of work and will be useful for the SUNW sales team, who has been getting beaten up for the near-$100 cost per transaction and status at the bottom of the top-10 list. Rudedog, From that point of view I definately agree. How low do you think cost-per-transaction can go over the next few years? I remember reading something about a cluster system running single processors using Linux that got the cost below $1 per transaction. I believe it was at the U of Kentucky. chic
