Name a program or agency of the Federal government that addresses a problem that does not need to be addressed by a strong government. We must remember that many problems facing this country can only be solved by a strong federal government,

<<The prudent thing to do would be to donate the $100 to reduce the national debt.>> No argument there. The debt is getting larger every day which is hard to figure if we are having all this surplus. It's been theorized that if the national debt were ever fully paid off it would cause a world wide depression. Reason being the T bills and notes have become the safe haven for investors to park money and not having them would under cut investor's confidence.
