a steady increase in the last few months, whatever that means.... LOL!! I've got to agree with you there. Who can tell what it actually means; as it doesn't appear to be having an effect on the stock. Be that as it may, like you I can point to past equities where this sort of shortie over-hang has eventually proven out and things got nasty. But; I can also point to companies where it has lead to an eventual rout and something of a subsequent moon-launch of the underlying equity. I'd like to think with VLNC we'll see the latter case. But one thing is clear. This is one equity I own wherein the emotions of both sides run high, wide and deep. So the next year or so should prove "fun," ahem, to watch unfold as it's apparent neither side looks to be walking away from their position. ;-) John~
