Allan, "...beware when the dead stocks rise up and walk." I use the phrase, "...beware when the dogs start barking." Same concept. Review the ratio stuff and you'll see a correlation there. Bottom line...don't buy anything that's not low here. The scan series results for possible IL violators from Wart would be timely here...IMO. Doug R
