ARCI is profiled in an article that uses fundamental valuation tools to identify a group of undervalued but rapidly growing OTCBB stocks, at <http://www.financialweb.com/edtarticle.asp?ArticleID=3557>

Tom: Yes I believe the new recycling biz will have a "highly positive impact" on ARCI's earnings in 2001, and retail sales will continue growing rapidly.

I believe ARCI will earn at least $0.50 taxed in 2001, with at least $1.00 EBITDA.

That means ARCI at $1.50 is trading for only 3 times forward EPS on strong growth and outlook, and only 1.5 times forward EBITDA.

Looks like a conservative fair value going forward is:
10+ times EPS(e) = $5+
5+ times EBITDA(e) = $5+
1 times sales(e) = $8

I'm long from under $2.
