Uh, where is it said ALL laws are Constitutional there rocket scientist? Probably 90% of federal laws are UnConstitutional ....

For one, I am not sure that owning some of those things are indeed illegal. I know 2 people who own grenades as well as one who owns a 50 cal machine gun.

Why is it not illegal to own an AR-14? Or an Uzzi? Or a fighter plane? Or an M-16? Or a tank?

Again, rocket scientist, why is the 2nd in the Bill of Rights, which are by DEFINITION, INDIVIDUAL rights?

(They always change the subject when you use this one...)

Strictly speaking, it's not.

But the Constitution has never been strictly interpreted, even by strict constructionists.

Compromises are made. Period.
