UIS, NOVl, IFMX, CPWR - big blocks and momentum traders all in on large volume. Understand a stock like UIS could go up 50% here and still be only at a PE of 13 or so. This going into a 2nd half recovery which IBM has proven is going to happen. The street believes it now too so that gives them mini IBM's a lot of support going into the fall.
Every dog does have its day.

Next I could see telcos and finally internet stocks doing the big recovery. Select internets at least. The ones that are going to stay in business longterm with strong cashflow.

UIS up today but still selling at only 7 months revenues.
CPWR selling at 18 months revenues. NOVL selling at 3 years revenues. UIS wins as cheapest bargain in the sector. And the entire sector is on fire now. Might have more upside than I thought here. If UIS can get past the 15 area the next resistance so they say is $21.
