Hi Alfredo, Im afraid I got bad news for you. In the LA Times today there's letters from people who are complaining and relate horror stories about the ineptitude of PacBell to install service, an average of two month(!!!) between subscription and installation, bad customer service, etc. I am still amazed that Ed Whitacre has not been fired by the board for the stock performance the last year and a half...And all these bogus quarterly reports I'm getting glossing over DSL implementation "on track"...they are 500,000 customers behind with 4 month to go in the year, according to an article I recently read on cnet news!
