Gov't Technology Service (GTSI) 3 3/8: Surges 77% in pre-market after Defense Department reports company awarded an $857 mln contract. However, appears to be some uncertainty with respect to GTSI's portion of the contract. Have seen at least one report suggesting that IBM won the lion's share of the contract, with GTSI's portion valued at less than $100K

TRAC: If it goes up , I'm happy at this point...too much bad mojo in the past , time to have a short memory on past issues , and make some money!

Vol was over 1 mil yesterday and up 38% of the botom, which was hard to resist @ $1.... I'll settle for $2 !
