Then I guess there are a lot of brainless people on this thread, since the operative company line before this week seemed to be that the DRAM manufacturers would roll over and play dead. Rambus said they were "back in negotiations" with Infineon the minute they filed that suit, too. Of course, Rambus wouldn't lie, and neither would the local flacks.
