I just placed a market order for 100 shares of PRZ and unintentionally thereby raised the price by 3/16, costing myself maybe an extra $12 or so. But I raised the market cap of the company by 2.5 million. How's that for tape painting?

I think I should get a 1/10 of one percent fee, or $2,500, for boosting shareholder value.

Seems pretty clear what is going on with APIs and DOEs this week and last. API missed 3 million barrels last week (showing storage down ~7 million) that the DOE picked up. (Hence they showed a drop of only 4 million). The API picked up the 3 million this week (showing +5 million) but the DOE had already counted them -- hence DOEs came in at +2 mln barrels. This internal consistency is encouraging. Two sources of data make fudging more difficult. But left hanging is the matter of oil on the water -- how much is there. A generous amount didn’t show up this week and the “Bernie”, Greenlaw thesis that more oil is coming remains un-resolved.

Likely TESCO is trying to break out, up against 52wk hi on
TEO.TO and 10 7/8 in US.
OVerhead supply at these levels, if it goes through clear sailing for a point or two.

Back to work, (sigh)
