To be sure, a small "skunk works" team of talented people can out produce literally a thousand other developers in both quality and quantity And, to be relevant to the GG context, there needs to be the vision leading to the DI. Now you tell me. I should have, could have, would have... I knew about JNPR's 3 man team that developed their product. The founder then hired a CEO and gave him the power,a higher salary and more stock than he himslef held and became the CTO. This was only 4 yars back.
