Hi Harry:

Can't help with PHTN. There was a good article on plasma flat panels in this am's WSJ. A US company now owned by Mishibushi <sp??>

I think a PHTN rise on good news is limited by the fact that market leader TFS announced slowing growth rates a while back Harry. On another note Tim's WSTL does have one hell of a triple bottom. It may even find bottom a fourth time before setting up for a breakout if the DSL Equipment makers start getting any buying at all.

"The institutions are talking up the Internet stocks right now. Is it because they really believe in them? Or are they looking for a better price to sell them?"

Tim,

Your WSTL pick is looking very good at this price. There is lots of volume at this level the last 6 months. What is your target.
