Good luck with the MSFT dude. To be honest, I'm not a MSFT fan. Aside from the personal disdain for them and the way they do business, I'm not sold on MSFT the investment either. It's WAY dangerous to invest based on a bet the company legal issue. (I should speak with my RMBS investment).

For years and years, MSFT was fully valued and then some. They've constantly commanded an extremely high multiple. Rightly so. They keep growing revenue and earnings at an amazing clip, and consistently managed to surprise on the upside of at least one of revenues or earnings, and often both.

However, there is a cost with being that fully valued for that long. Once hard times come, it becomes obvious that there is a lot further room to fall than to grow, at least in the short term.

True, MSFT is considerably off it's yearly and all time highs. However, I'm just real "uncertain" about the future for MSFT. Hence, I'm not investing in Microsoft at the moment. Means nothing of course.
