Regarding TI. Let's take one fact. TI developed a player with QDesign last year. Fact..edig is building their player for QDesign this year. Fact...FF and RP have repeatedly said they receive most of their OEM business from their partnerships. Fact...TI has a program for third-parties:eXpress DSP Compliance program. This program helps customers quickly identify third-party products that are designed specifically to work with TI DSPs - sort of a TI seal of approval.> Fact..Both companies speak of de facto standards. Fact...We have been identified by two sources as one of two third-party partners with TI. Fact...Recently RP stated that some of the negotiations for edig were done by others (Possibly TI with their eXpress DSP compliance program). Fact: TI plans on utilizing software to push their DSP's further. Throw in the speech enabled chip... bam!
