I seem to be able to make money else where without having to put up with the RMBS soap opera, who is to say if RMBS will prevail, it could go one for a year or more.

I added, but I've been trading in and out of calls.

re: until there's a fundamental change to the story

There has been a fundamental change, the dram companies are not going to play ball, RMBS will have to fight tooth and nail, and will most likely have to settle for less then they where hoping for. MU open the way for all them to put up a fight, you saw that today with another company filing Hyundai . I bet you all the different suits get join now, then settled at lower royalty rate. The question is how long the suits will take and what will be the out come? So investing in RMBS is even more of a gamble now then before. IMHO Like I said yesterday, why bother when there are so many other better plays then RMBS.
