bonkers? Their 800 phone bill is fast appraoching the value of my problem. A very nice woman named Julie let me stay on hold for the most part of the day waiting for Mark in compliance to pick up the phone. All I know at this point is Julie had a nice lunch and mark never came back from his, AND I AM STILL SHORT A STOCK I"VE NEVER BOUGHT OR SOLD They did however say it was herzog's fault the one time I did talk to mark, and that the short sell of SERA at 0 would be cancelled. EXCEPT THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHEN THEY WILL FIX IT Really great not being able to trade anything at all
