OPEC meeting getting close. Upside is definately limited here even with excellent API/DOE's since most will wait until after the meeting to see what size of an increase we'll get and where prices will settle. As such I sold a few more issues and raised my cash position to 10%. Not selling much more as I don't want to pay the tax man.

This year's tax selling will also be something to watch. I'm staying out of techs because one, I believe an energy crisis is a possibility (with a normal winter),and two, I believe the tax selling could get ugly. Conversely Energy stocks have had HUGE gains. Some tech investors, portfolio managers might sell some energy to offset tech loses.

I'm staying VERY flexible the next two months.

Still very bullish long term though.
