Middle Eastern Policies Peace in Northern Ireland Bosnia Now North Korea is coming around Engaging countries like India and Pakistan. (without his involvement there could have been an all out war between two nuclear nations) Paying enough attention to Africa (unlike Cheney who prefered Mandela in prison) He is considered good friend by both ARAB nations as well as Israel. His policy of engagement with Latin American countries is yielding dividends on controlling drug trafficking. Now tell me if Dubya knows if any of these countries exist? If these exist, who are their leaders?
