Geoff, I had to go to SEDAR to read the AR as snail mail proved to be a loser. Yes, the prez paints a pretty picture and the AR is very polished.

If the company spent the same effort on the AR as they should with wooing investors, this stock would not be where it is now.

I am still positive on the company but would like to see a concerted effort by management to tell their story. There will be some seasonal weakness in the share price as we hit the Sept./Oct months and tax loss selling in November. Of course a dog and pony show which has been promised could easily move this stock back up to $2.

IMHO, the reward/risk is excellent at the current price. I would rather buy now at <$1 than a few months ago at >$1.50. The risk drops and the reward is higher as the share price drops. I will be nibbling soon.

Good Luck

Tom's market cap is less than cash on hand

Technically, TOM has no cash on hand. It is a holding company which has shares in another company which has cash on hand.

It is a subtle, but important difference!
