Bruce - your no dummy - what got you interested in NAR? NAR knows they have the qty and the heavies. NAR likely has to refine thier data to show the majors that the sands in Fundy are what they need to replace those almost nonexistent deposits in the US. I think that NAR has been in the 'dumps' thru the summer and drilling in the fall should see a lift as most drill specs can and do.
No contracts yet. A bulk sample is out to work out whatever they do in met work at this pt. This is not unlike CHL. I have been there for some time. They had a reserve from day one - just had to move along the feas stage and finally it's here. Contracts in place etc. NAR has the goods IMO at this pt (as much as any one can say with the data available)
AS for PGE plays - look at TRDM and who they have signed up lately for thier bd. Where there is smoke - there is fire sometimes!
