The discovery phase in the California case concludes 2001 June, with the trial tentatively scheduled to begin in March 2002.

The trial may end when my grandchildren are born
When msft wins on appeal, all these are null & void

I believe MSFT will stay at this level until PE has reached some magical level comparable with IBM, from which it will rise according to MSFT growth.
