Mark, IPIX - Thought I'd pass a bit of info and a slightly difference perspectives, not TA. As a result of this being mentioned here, I contacted a good friend, who I consider well postioned as a real estate broker (not an agent), for a large franchise firm. He said he was familiar with the Virtual "whatever" product but that basically home sellers don't want it (any virtual product, not just IPIX) because it cost them money (~$100)and at this time (at least in the here PA suburb) they don't need it since we're in a sellers market, meaning homes are selling quick so no one is screaming for it. Also mentioned that there "lots" of competition. Now I realize that's just a small sample but maybe if someone is long term invested in it or thinking about it maybe they have a friend in the biz to ask. That's about the extent of my FA so I'll leave it at that. However, it also did get me thinking about how IPIX generates revenue and whether they get a cut of that $100? If so, hopefully they're getting nearly all of it and selling lots of them. Probably a very narrow view. regards, bazan P.S.
