Arbitrary equality
It's a step in the right direction. Another feature I would like to see is regular scheduled joint appearances by the candidate. Perhaps every 2 weeks. The candidates could alternate designation of the format and appearance so they have the chance to present their views in a setting where they feel most comfortable.
