ok, you can argue emotion if you like but I am looking at it pragmatically. Christians are a minority here and we post the 10 commandments - ok, most of the US born people can live with that but what if some school in Berkeley wants to post the Koran since the majority in that neighborhood happens to be Muslim? I sure have a problem with that and my guess is the Christian folks do too - but what grounds do they have to stop it since they have already sent a message that posting minority religious beliefs is ok. That is the reason for the separation of church and state as I see it - best stay out. BTW if you take every school shooting and look at the background/religion of the shooter you might be surprised at their background... they aren't from here I can tell you that for sure
