Ice, I can give you one example here in America. Amazon.com sued Barnes & Noble for violating their "One-click shopping" patent on barnesnoble.com. B&N resolved the complaint by adding one more click to the process.

It's like drawing the line between frivolous and important lawsuits. Where do you draw the line between trivial and substantial patents? Or how do you put a value on such patents? In Rambus' case, their patents may be valid, but does that really mean Rambus is entitled to 3-5% of SDRAM and DDR SDRAM revenues?
