Pink..now thats a nice touch. Goes well with your eyes... House..smouse. Just a place to hang my bearskin winter suit and do some paper work in my main office, complete with an ivory chair (if you know what I mean). In fact, I'll probably be selling it next year 'cause I will be moving to a different state more than likely. This job is a one year shot although they may hire me on after advertising the tenure slot and interviewing. Doubt I would accept the tenure job 'cause I hate the cold. I got me eyes on the North Carolina job advertised for next year. That is the puppy I want! I bought the house because my payments are cheaper than renting believe it or not. Housing market here in Minneapolis is sizzling big time so I probably can turn it around and make 15k or about 8k after interest on payments for the year. I set the loan up so it is assumable and I'm really hoping for more rate increases. That will make the house more attractive 'cause I got it locked in at 7 7/8. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed.
