Uncle Joe wasn't happy when he was told at Pottsdam that we had a nuke. Then again he broke a non agression treaty with Japan real quick. Showed Truman as being happy with Uncle Joe. Showed the Japanese as never having a thought as to losing. Befudles my mind. Thought Joan would leap in here on the Soviet thoughts.
