The $110M private placement or 2.3M shares explains the recent rise in stock price. I sold out at a little over $63. Since the private placement was at about $48, I'm sure I'll get a chance to buy back in in the mid or low 50's again. This stock is so volitile that I feel it safe to buy in and profitably sell out every few weeks. With this approach I could miss a real big gain. I don't think there is a problem with going long in case it temporarily goes sour.
