Anyone who is new to trading should read this post.It hits it right on the head.
Every successful trader I have known has come to this point.

Trading is not rocket science.Keep it simple and above all force yourself to do the right thing.As Thteei says "all I have to deal with is me"

Do you know of a book that will provide more information on how one can change behavior that is counter-productive to trading? IMO the Douglas book is a little light in this area.

Also, how is this author's new book that is available from his web site?
