Isoman, you HAVE found the perfect item for changing the
world--a Nuclear Accelerator!

I think if you look into the deeper meanings of the US
constitution you WILL find that each man (or woman) has
the inalienable (God-given, I believe) right to be able to create his or her own black hole. Now, as you are telling us, the technology is here (and economical to boot).

Of course most of us already have!
