How is employee morale within Microsoft when the stock is stuck in the 70 area while SUNW, ORCL, INTC are at all time highs?

I worry about this effect more than anything else. For sake of employee morale I think it would be best if the stock was over 90 to 100 so the employee options have good intrinsic value, though most of the new grants won't vest for a while.
