Correct. The only question that I have left is with regards to a broker with influence and possible charges of frontrunning.

If, for instance, XZY broker were first to take a position in a stock, and THEN were to issue his opinion to public message boards - even if he were anonymously posting - would that broker (as an entity that can be shown to have influence) be possibly guilty of frontrunning?
