SEATTLE, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- RealNetworks®, Inc., (Nasdaq: RNWK - news) the recognized leader in media delivery on the Internet, today announced the availability of eleven new international editions of RealPlayer® 8, RealJukebox(TM) 2 and RealDownload(TM) 4, best-of-breed software products that have fueled RealNetworks' recognized leadership in digital media. New editions of RealPlayer, RealJukebox and RealDownload are being released today in French, German and Japanese, and editions in eight additional languages (Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Spanish, Swedish and two variations of Chinese) will be available over the next 30 days.

The release of the new localized software today reflects RealNetworks' deep commitment to its increasingly international customer base. It also builds upon the company's extensive efforts to make its products accessible and compelling to a diverse array of consumers across the global market. Today, nearly 50 percent of RealPlayer users and 40 percent of RealJukebox users worldwide are outside North America.

``We are proud to be providing localized-language versions of our best RealPlayer and RealJukebox software to the significant Internet consumer markets of the world,'' said Phil Murphy, Senior Vice President, International, at RealNetworks. ``We are empowering international consumers to enjoy all the features and benefits of RealPlayer 8 and RealJukebox 2 in their native languages, while also facilitating easy access to country-specific audio and video content.''

Certain localized versions of RealPlayer 8 have already begun to participate in the RealChannels(TM) program. These international RealChannels deliver language-specific content to users based on their country, via a graphical ``logo'' button embedded in the RealPlayer software. Users in Brazil, for example, have access to premium Latin American Channels that include Terra, Radio Globo and Starmedia. Users in Japan have direct access to such Japanese RealChannels as Sony Music, Online Japan, and the Asahi.com Movie Channel.

In addition, the popular Real.com(TM) Guides are now available for users in Australia, Brazil, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. Along with the existing Real.com Guides for France, Germany, Japan and the UK, these new Real.com Guides facilitate direct content access to users who want to easily find local and international content in RealAudio® and RealVideo®. The new European and Latin American localized RealPlayer products will have localized Real.com Guides embedded directly in them for quick access. Other international embedded Real.com Guides, as well as embedded international RealJukebox Music Guides, will be available soon.

I just saw an analyst on CNBC who felt that CSCO would continue to produce great earnings, but that it will continue to trade sideways, until the multiple falls to a more reasonable level. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
