Time to load up on MSFT may be now. If case back to appeals, lot of folks expect huge jump in stock. If case is heard by supreme ct, stock will continue uptrend as people expect that court to be favorable to MSFT as well. Most importantly, MSFT's business growth is coming back in my opinion. It will be evident when MSFT reports earnings in 1.5 months.
