Dear Tony: I have witnessed these kind of suits for YEARS and frankly, they are rarely successful. In America we dont have slaves. People can come and go as they please and its almost IMPOSSIBLE to prove they took any proprietary knowledge other then that in their heads unless you can find a paper trail. I know it sort of like closing the barn door after the horse is out, but I hope that INTC is studying WHY they have a BRAIN DRAIN in the first place and take corrective steps. From all that I have read posted here it seems to me its not money, but intermediate management that is the problem?? Not saying thats the case just saying thats what I am interpreting. JDN
PS: I have a very close personal friend who had a fine engineering position with IBM and he left them cause he couldnt STAND his manager. So I know it happens, and today a good person can get a job in the flick of an eyelash.

I'm reading.

I tend to believe JDN about his comment regarding the potential brain drain (not that I know, but) because it could be a possiblity when one considers that the network industry has an engineering culture, not a manufacturing culture.
