PRoving that BRCM is using IP from newly hired INTC employees will be very difficult.

We had a case exactly like this in software a few years ago where Larry Ellison went after the informix engineering team after seeing some software from ifmx he liked. It all came down to money but the ifmx CEO sued everybody including the engineers. Oracle had the last laugh because they turned it into a PR blitz with a bunch of billboards that said "Orcl hiring great engineers; ifmx hiring lawyers willing to sue great engrs" - something like that. These chip guys are too reserved to make a public war out of it so we aren't going to get any fun fireworks out of brcm and intc is my guess.
