I used to be also, until a spilled can of it on the list in the garage, which had a baked enamel finish. I was feeling lazy, and put off cleaning it until the next day. When I washed it off, the paint came with it. It is LOADED with boric acid, which I use here to kill roaches. I believe our resident doctor could fill in any gaps here :)
