I have been wondering the same thing.....they have to have something good as why would all those carriers choose them over others.....as for the revenue thing...one reason I think their low is that I think Naveen next to gave away many of his services to get the infospace logo all over the place...but it is hard to find facts to back up that statement

If there is competition, where is it? INSP has captured 88% of their market. Eventually there will be some level of competition, but INSP's head start and patented technology should keep them in the lead.
