Do you have any idea why Burton has not been a father to his son?(He has paid support). Perhaps the mother doesn't want him around. Perhaps it was a condition imposed by his wife. Perhaps he has seen the boy on the sly, but cannot admit it without wrecking his marriage. You know nothing about it, no legal issue is involved, Burton is in a middling leadership role, and it is not really any of your business. Maybe if you were a constituent you would have reason to inquire. Maybe if Burton were fronting for the Christian Coalition instead of chairing an oversight committee. But this stuff is silly.......
