Barb - I have been wrong plenty of times - but the CLEAR INDICATION of NASD 2210 (d) and the CLEAR assessment of what registered brokers CAN and CANNOT do anonymously on the internet is nothing that can be bantered about in debate - it is a rule, that is it, there's no getting around it. Stick to the subject. It would seem that much of what our'subject' has posted may be in direct CONFLICT with the Rules of NASD 2210 (d) and, as such, it may be warranted for review under those auspices. What don't you get?
