i think the bonds are rallying on the CPMI...the ECB is a joke, and as such doesn't really matter in the bigger scheme of things. unless it begins to intervene directly in the forex markets and shows some backbone w.r.t. rates instead of these half-assed baby steps, it can bid its currency adieu...
