Dear Watson Youth: If you are going to be fair in your comments you must describe Scots adoption of the quality control program similar to GE's (forgot the name). IMHO SUNW is making every effort to provide the best quality they ever had. The little (or big) problems that crop up here and there IMHO again, can be attributed to the FANTASTIC success of the company and the HUGE rampup of employees. If you look at this like a business man you should congratulate them for their successes under very trying circumstances rather than criticize their minor flaws. I personally have not seen another company increase its size, production, product spread etc so quickly with so few problems. JDN
