FYI Report: Emulex arrest made --11:57 am - By William L. Watts The FBI has made an arrest in the Emulex (EMLX: news, msgs) hoax case, according to CNBC. The suspect is reportedly being held at the FBI's Los Angeles field office. An FBI spokeswoman didn't immediately return a call seeking comment. The U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles is set to hold a press conference later today, CNBC reported. A spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office couldn't confirm the arrest or the timing of a press conference.
