OII is my largest holding. It's showing a good breakout today on good volume, up 11.65% to 17 3/8.

What's up with OII - Up 1 13/16 and has doubled volume in past 30 minutes?

GRL weekly chart lays out a clear LT path to the upside.

siliconinvestor.com

This is not a rocket ride stock like the hot NG micro E&Ps, but a more conservative mid cap value play with a strong exploration program on the docket for the 12 months ahead and excellent underlying properties plus the recent LT NG supply contract with Singapore to lock in some nice future CF.

Looking at the weekly chart, note the confirmation of the primary uptrend by the underlying oscillators. Risk appears to be $9 vs an initial intermediate term target in the 12-13 area.

We need to get through that 12-13 congestion to mount an assault on the next important res in the upper teens. Interestingly, this is the same price area that Jim P's spreadsheet has identified as an important value zone.

It's not unusual to see TA and FA work come together like this. And it's VERY helpful in mapping the probable LT course of your investment, when it does.
