Picking the winner, now that is real tough these days. More interesting? I think watching paint dry is more interesting than golf. Baseball or golf, it is a toss up, sleep or wash clothes?

About 9, and precocious when it came to sports. Plus, reading can impress wrt childhood heroes. Knute Rockne comes to mind.
